For those with the means and the opportunity, nothing beats the romance, excitement and unforgetability of a Bora Bora honeymoon. You only get married once - that's the intention, anyway - so let that one and only honeymoon be one that the two of you will always enjoy.

Several tour operators provide honeymoon packages to Bora Bora and other islands in the French Polynesia. These can usually take the form of a stay at one of the resorts in the Bora Bora atoll, or a cruise package where you spend most of your honeymoon on board a cruise liner or luxury yacht.

Many of the luxury hotels in Bora Bora has intimate chalets that provide complete privacy, with your thatched home away from home suspended between the deep blue sky and the clear blue sea. To get you into the mood for complete relaxation, they offer luxurious Polynesian spas to ease away every tension from your body.

And if you are looking for some invigorating activity, you can go boating, canoeing, snorkelling and diving, and have close encounters with friendly marine creatures. As night descends, its time for fine dining in the sand, as you enjoy Polynesian tribal performances and fire dances.
