Cathedral of the Holy Trinity is the Anglican cathedral, for the Church of England Diocese of Gibraltar. It is located a short distance from the Gibraltar Museum and the Cathedral of St Mary the Crowned. Also known as the Gibraltar Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity employs elements of Moorish architecture, particularly in its horseshoe arches.

The Cathedral was started in 1825, and was completed in 1832. Gibraltar was hit with a yellow fever epidemic, and so the cathedral functioned for a while as an emergency hospital. It was consecrated as a church in 1838, by Archdeacon Edward Burrow, and became a cathedral in 1842, when George Tomlinson became the first Bishop of Gibraltar.
