Driffield is a small market town in East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It has a population of around 11,500 people (2012 estimate). The town is also often called Great Driffield. It is in the Yorkshire Wolds, near the source of the River Hull.

Driffield is just a small market town and an center for the local agriculture. It dates back at least a thousand years, as it was listed in the Domesday Book of 1086. The town holds one of the biggest annual agricultural shows in the country.

Driffield is on the A614 road between Market Weighton and Bridlington. From the A1(M) motorway, take Exit 47 and head east on the A59 road till York, then continue on the A166 road passing Stamford Bridge and Garrowby before arriving in Driffield.
