Hohentengen is one of the villages within the district of Sigmaringen, in the Tübingen administrative region of Baden-Wüttemberg. It is linked to Kaiserstuhl by a steel bridge. The present bridge was erected in 1985 to replace earlier bridges that have stood on the site since the Middle Ages.
