The Sky Tower of Auckland is an observation and telecommunications tower in Auckland, New Zealand. It is located on the corner of Victoria and Federal Streets, in the central business district of Auckland, New Zealand. Standing at a height of 328 metres, the Sky Tower is the tallest free-standing structure in the southern hemisphere, and the 13th tallest member of the World Federation of Great Towers.

The Sky Tower was open on 3 March, 1997. Its upper portion has two levels of restaurant, one level of café and two observation decks, including some sections with glass floor. As well as for entertainment, the tower is also used by Auckland Peering Exchange for telecommunications and broadcasting.

The Sky Tower inspired casino mogul Stanley Ho to construct the Macau Tower, using the same engineering and architectural firms.
